A selection of buildings created for Brain and Nerd's strategic god game, Odinheim.
Working closely with the Art Director for feedback, I was responsible for all the environment/prop modelling, whilst Erinn took the helm on the character art and hand painted texturing. There were occasions where I had stepped in and done some of the hand-painted textures wholly myself. These models were to be viewed from a distance, in an orthographic style so there was no need for them to be too detailed and with the stylised look of the models and textures, this helped. Each model required three version that the player could upgrade too in game.
All assets were modelled in Blender from a High-Poly model, to a Low-Poly model and baked and textured in Substance 3D Painter. Procreate and Photoshop was also used for the hand-painted texturing. These were then imported into Unity and set up as a prefab ready for use by the programming team in-game.
